Sunbonnet Girl in Pantaloons .... Vintage Things Thursday

Hi everyone... it's my favorite day of the week..it's Thursday and time to go visiting..time to sigh over all the pretty vintage things that everyone shows. I truly love looking at the vintage things everyone shows..and Thursdays can't get here quick enough for me. So,thanks to our lovely hostess, Colorado Lady..let's all go visiting the vintage party peoples. Just click on...
ColoradyLady and let's go see all the pretty things. Have fun everybody..I know I will. And if I'm out visiting when you get here, help yourself to a coffee and a slice of 4 layer lemon cake. Cream for the coffee is in the fridge..Help yourself..xxxxxxx hugs everyone
This was not at all what I planned to show. However, this sweet little pantaloon girl helped me out a bit with this post.
You see, I had planned on showing some vintage aprons..and took a stack of them out to press and freshen up for the picture taking. I ironed and I ironed and then ironed some more....set my area up to take my pictures of said aprons, get my trusty camera and what ho!!!!!!!!!!! she says...*sighs here. Needs batteries. So since I was too laxy to get out for more batteries, I am now offering this sweet little pattern for my vintage showing.
I wish I had the rest in this series,as I'm sure there was a little series. But thus far, only the two are all I've found of our girl in pantaloons. I do know for certain though,I will never run out of embroidery/paint/woodburn patterns. With what all I already had, this big box full..will keep me going for the next 20 years.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone..see you out visiting..

I don't mind you taking the pattern and using it,however,I would like for you to link back to me if you would. Otherwise,I don't have a problem with it at all. I really like people using and enjoying the patterns I have..and the pantaloon girls,I really love.

  13. Hi Suzanne..
No,I would never have the time to embroidery or applique everything I want to..so it seems that what I can't find the time to work on,I just add to my collection of patterns. And it's a large collection.. :)

  15. LOL, isn't that always the way? I made a sauce from scratch yesterday and took photos at each step in the process so I could blog it and as soon as I set it on the table and grabbed the camera to snap some shots of the finished dish, the batteries died! Sigh!

Love your little pantaloon girl, she's adorable!

  17. That is truly cute! I have a big box of embroidery transfers (Vogart, Aunt Martha's, etc.) from the 40s that are separated from their envelopes and this looks familiar. I'll see if I have more of this one and if I do, I'll let you know!

    Happy VTT!
