Pretty in pink egg cups..on my want list for any event coming up in which a gift is in order. I have no idea why I want the little egg cups, Certainly not to use..so I;m asking myself why. And self says "Because they're little and cute and I just want them" I never argue with self. It's hopeless and futile. So I just accept that most likely egg cups will be the focus of my next collecting frenzy. Well, not really a frenzy. It can't be called that yet..I hope I can find some this pretty. I have one thats gorgeous and 2 plain ones..so new egg cups will have a good home. And pretty pink ones will have center stage..

ReplyDeleteI don't know that I've ever seen an egg cup, so I've learned something new. Thank you for your very generous compliment regarding my aprons. It kind of made my day, to tell you the truth! So -- I just wanted you to know that I appreciate it.
ReplyDeleteI love those egg cups! My mom always served soft boiled eggs in pretty cups! I love your little collection. I joined Pink Saturday's last weekend! I better get busy! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHi, CC,
ReplyDeleteI have always loved egg cups, too. And, I don't have a one. I think they would make a wonderful collection. I hope you can find more and more to add to the pretty ones you have. Thank you for always dropping by for a visit. I really appreciate it! Happy Pink Saturday, dear friend! Vicki
As a child, we used egg cups too. I hope you find more for your collection this year. Have a nice week-end.

I have seen egg cups before, but yours are the prettiest I have seen yet.
ReplyDeleteI'm with you, I would love to have the little pink and white egg cups too, wouldn't use them except maybe on Easter for eggs, but how cute they would be with a rose in each on for individual plate place settings at a tea or party!!! Thanks for stopping by.

Love these, they're so pretty--and small enough to be so collectible!
ReplyDeleteI do love looking at your pretty Pink egg cups though I confess I've never used such a thing myself even though I love hard and soft boiled eggs at breakfast time. It's just not something we had growing up ... and I've never acquired one, but perhaps one day I shall happen upon one I can't resist. Happy Pink Saturday ;-)
ReplyDeleteHugs and blessings,
Hi CC! I've given up arguing with myself about buying my favorite treasures. I always lose, and they just follow me home :) I'm in love with the striped egg cups. Happy Pink Saturday! Hugs, Terri
ReplyDeleteHow sweet. I especially like the footed cup in the middle picture. Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteI just love those egg cups. I used to have several and would you believe I threw them away. It must have been a bad menopausal moment.

I'm a day late and a dollar short☺ Was able to leave some messages for Pink Saturday yesterday and finishing up today. Over the holidays I was MIA from PS and really missed it but knew that I wouldn't be able to visit many blogs. I'm back today and must say that it feels so good to visit familiar places - like coming home again.
ReplyDeleteToday you made my little, pinkie ♥ smile. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely blog. Hoping this next week is filled with sunshine and the laughter of friends and family☺

I am with Jan. I have not seen many egg cups in my years of thrifting but maybe it is a case of me not looking for them. I think those pink ones in your pics are really cute though and I don't blame you for wanting to collect them. Happy Belated Pink Saturday.
