Rooster Party

It's that wonderful day when everyone gathers together to view roosters from all over the place.
Join in the fun...chicken scratch your way on over to Barbs place for the Rooster Party.
The roosters can be found with Barb ...now,let's go visit.
I have to show my lowly roosters....first, a dishtowel with a mighty fine rooster all decked out with Americana colors

Next, is little rooster on oven mitt..I love these colors
Lastely, this little set is a potholder of Mr. Mighty Fine Rooster..ready to help the pot from the stove.
Next..an Aunt Martha's Hot Iron Transfer..No.3753 "Barnyard Happenings"
And last..another Aunt Martha's Hot Iron Transfer..No. 3942 " Chicken Delight"
Now..let's all scamper on over to see all the other might roosters at the World Famous Rooster Party...

  15. I have some of the barnyard collection embroidery. No I didn't do it! I found it in some vintage linen. They embroidered on sheeting and hardly left any room between designs. I took pictures and forgot to include them in my post. Next week for sure! I have a couple of sets of towel/potholder but none as pretty as yours!

  28. I'm late arriving. Still working my way through the parties. I don't want to miss a one!

Love the Aunt Martha iron on transfers. Are these vintage or are they still available. I remember using something like this for embroidery when I was a child. What fun! Have you stitched these designs? Would love to see what you did.
