Vintage Patterns. Vintage Things Thursday

It's that wonderfyl day again..Vintage Thursday. This has become my favorite day of the week. I just love seeing all the vintage goodies. To see them all, visit Suzanne over at ColoradoLady. You will have ever so much fun, looking at all the wonderful things we collect.

P.S. I can't make the link work somehow...so to go to Suzanne, click on the Vintage Things Thursday button to the right on the sidebar This first pattern book is for lovely crocheted jar lid covers. I love them all..I just hafta get organized and make some. They don't appear to be too difficult....This sweet booklet of patterns is copyright 1989 by Leisure Arts. It's a wonderful little leaflet and if you are a crocheter, look for it..I would give it a 5 star.. :)

This sweet booklet of patterns is from 1980 and also by Leisure Arts. I'm not sure who teddy bear is sticking his tongue out at..but he needs to stop.....I love little ducks amd turtle..

This booklet is a favorite of mine. I had one ages ago and somehow after I completed a small necklace,,,.....the pattern either got misplaced or I loaned it out..in any case it was gone. Not too long ago, I was browsing through a favorite small shop...and there on a table, spread out with other craft patterns, was the pin booklet. I almost happy danced in the shop..:). And..look at the price. I paid 75 cents for it...yayyyyy.Little booklet was published in 1972 and I'm so happy it survived.
I do so love looking through older shops..and finding such treasures..and I always look for vintage tablecloths and napkins..and hankies..and, and..well, you get the idea. :)
Does anyone remember these????? The no sew's that we put in hoops?? I have several booklets/leaflets of them. Seems I just can't pass up patterns...

I really like this one...

Any chance you would or could share some of those lid cover patterns from the first book?
