Apples,Apples..Who Halved the Apples ....A Chicken Scratch Pink Saturday...

It's that great day again..Pink Saturday. The time when all pinky participants gather, share and enjoy all the beautiful pink offerings. So come on in..join the fun with our great hostess
at Beverly ..........at How Sweet The Sound.

I love this pattern for cross stitch/chicken scratch on gingham. I've thought of these for aprons, curtains......or cute gingham potholders. My favorite fabrics seem to be ginghams and soft calicos.
They're just soft to the touch and so sweet. I hope you enjoy the pattern and that some will use it. I keep wishing for more hours in the day..alas, I just can't stretch the day...

  8. Such a l♥vely post for Pink Saturday. This is the one day of the week when I get to visit some of the best blogs in cyberspace and indulge my passion for pink.

Happy Mother's Day. I wish you all the peace and joy that a day in celebration of motherhood can bring. You don't have to grow a baby in your womb to be a mother...all you have to do is to l♥ve a human being with compassion and tenderness.

  11. That Pinkness you shared this week reminds my of my youth--that technique was popular in those "olden day"s :) and I'm pretty certain I made a thing or two with a chicken scratch design! I hope you share your creation if you make it!

Happy Pink Sat and have a lovely Mother's Day! Dana
