Crispy Crunch Candy
Two bags..12 ounces each milk chocolate chips (I used Nestle)
1 1/2 cups Rice Krispies
Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, for 2 minutes. (Microwave needs to be set on medium power). Stir halfway through the heating..melt thoroughly, but be careful not to overheat.
Gently mix in the Rice Krispies into the chocolate and pour into a buttered 9 x 12" pan. Kimda drop/tap the pan on the countertop to level out the chocolate mixture.
Refrigerate until firm..Cut the candy into pieces as large or as small as you like..
* I score the candy before it sets up too firm..then it can be cut easier..
I haven't made this candy for a few years..I hafta remedy that this holiday season..
